WASHINGTON, DC, December 12, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Quality Initiative Programs recognize members of tanorganization who have successfully achieved one or more of its four Quality Initiative goals. The goals include safely reducing hospital readmissions by 15%; increasing staff stability by reducing nursing staff turnover by 15%; increasing customer satisfaction by having 90% of residents and families wiling to recommend their center to others and safely reducing the off-label use of antipsychotics by 15%. The SHW- Hadley campus safely reduced their hospital readmissions and each campus met the goal of safely reducing the off- label use of antipsychotics identified under the Initiatives.
