Attorney John Joseph Campbell Recognized for Excellence in the Practice of Elder Law

    DENVER, CO, December 12, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Attorney John Joseph Campbell has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in legal services.

John Joseph Campbell comes from a long line of lawyers and decided to carry on the tradition of providing superior legal services to the residents of the state of Colorado. A Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation since 2006, Mr. Campbell established The Law Offices of John J. Campbell, P.C. in 2005 to concentrate in the areas of elder law, estate planning, probate law, guardianships and conservatorships, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare secondary payer compliance, disability trusts and special consultation in the settlement of personal injury and worker's compensation claims involving public benefits. He also works as "Of Counsel" to The Hughes Law Firm, P.C. and is the head of its crisis Medicaid planning department. Mr. Campbell is a Certified Elder Law Attorney through the National Elder Law Foundation, a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified through the International Commission on Health Care Certification.

Mr. Campbell has been practicing law for more than 28 years. He is the author of 'The Complete MSA Training Course Book,' and has written many articles on estate planning, strategies and Medigap insurance. He was named a Colorado Super Lawyer and holds a 10.0 rating from Avvo.

He received his JD from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. Recently inducted into Worldwide Registry, he also maintains affiliation with the Colorado Bar Association where he sat on the Board of Governors (2010-2012), National Elder Law Foundation, Arapahoe County Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals.
