Mr. Garippa brings 40 years of professional experience to his role at Garippa, Lotz & Giannuario. As an expert in property tax appeals, real estate tax appeals and complex commercial and industrial valuation litigation, he provides comprehensive tax litigation services for his clients. Looking back, Mr. Garippa became involved in his profession because he always had an interest in law. Mr. Garippa received a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1974, having earned a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 1971. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the Supreme Court Committee on the Tax Court, the Maryland State Bar Association, the U.S. Tax Court, the New York State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Garippa was President of the American Property Tax Counsel for twelve years. His firm is still the representative for New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Garippa has authored more than 90 published articles on real estate taxation, and has been cited as an authority by the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and USA Today. He has been cited as one of the "Top Legal Minds" by Inside New Jersey magazine, and by Real Estate New Jersey magazine as one of its "Top 40 Real Estate Attorneys."
