Gary R. Carlin Honored by Worldwide Registry as a Leading Resource in Employment Law

A California native, Mr. Carlin has been serving his community as a legal professional for 45 years. With a solid background in the specific Held of employment law, he established his own firm as a sole practitioner, under the name of Law Offices of Gary R. Carlin, APC in 1977, and subsequently founded Carlin & Buchsbaum, LLP in 2004 and has worked tirelessly to lead to the firm's recognition in the area of employment litigation. In fact, Mr. Carlin's firm is one of the largest and most revered plaintiffs' employment litigation practices in Southern California, having achieved settlements of more than $100 million for its clients. Mr. Carlin received a JD in 1969 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of California at Los Angeles. His professional affiliations include alignment with the State Bar of California's Labor and Employment Law Section, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Long Beach Bar Association. Mr. Carlin has also served as a panelist on the State Bar Review Department, as a compensated referee, and as a principal referee, and is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association.
