Frank D. Eaman is a noted criminal defense attorney who has been representing clients in criminal cases, trials and appeals since 1971. Mr. Eaman is admitted to practice in all Michigan courts and the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Supreme Court, Second Circuit Court of Appeals, Federal Court for the Western District of Michigan; pro hac vice admission to the Federal Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Federal Court for South Dakota.

Mr. Eaman has a deep commitment to equal justice under the law and strives to see that individuals who cannot afford counsel receive competent advisement. He has filled leadership roles at the request of the State Bar of Michigan, Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan, and Michigan Trial Lawyers Association.
