Farhad Nowzari, MD, FACS, Recognized for Excellence in Urology

    TORRANCE, CA, February 25, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Farhad Nowzari of Urology of South Bay, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in the field of urology.

Dr. Nowzari has almost 15 years of professional experience and has established himself as an expert in urology. He has special training in laparoscopic, robotic, and minimally-invasive urologic surgeries, female pelvic floor reconstructions, and male infertility and testicular sperm extraction. On a daily basis, he is responsible for medically and surgically treating diseases of the kidney and bladder, prostate cancer, infertility, and pelvic prolapse and incontinence.

Recognizing the importance of a strong educational foundation, Dr. Nowzari received an MD with honors from Ohio State University in 1994. He also completed a fellowship in urology at WVU Medical Center and a fellowship in the Da Vinci Robot Si unit. Dr. Nowzari was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the American Urological Association, American College of Surgeons, the American Medical Association and the Endourological Society.
