Laird E. Lawrence Honored for Excellence in Surety and Construction Law

    DALLAS, TX, February 26, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Laird E. Lawrence, one of the founding partners of Kleiman Lawrence Baskind Fitzgerald LLP, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in surety and construction law.

Ms. Lawrence has 36 years of professional experience, with 15 years as a partner at Kleiman Lawrence Baskind Fitzgerald LLP. During that time, she established herself as a specialist in surety law, construction law and arbitration. Ms. Lawrence's interest in the law was piqued during college by a course in Constitutional history. She was fascinated by the material and has never looked back.

Ms. Lawrence received a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 1978 and a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University in 1974. She recently was inducted into Worldwide Registry and is a member of the Construction Law Sections of both the State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association, the Texas Aggie Bar Association and the Fidelity and Surety Committee of ABA TIPS. Since 2007, she has been conferred the distinction of selection as a "Texas Super Lawyer" in Construction/Surety law in the Texas Monthly Super Lawyer's Edition, and she is recognized by Martindale-Hubbell Attorney Directory with the AV Preeminent Attorney Ratings (5.0 out of 5.0).
