The Friday event began with meetings at 11am, then lunch at 2pm, with meetings continuing from 3pm until 6pm all hosted in the Ruth Cracknell Room at the Sydney Theatre, Walsh Bay.

Saturday 28th February was the Australian Outsourced Sales Awards at the Sydney Theatre. The event began at 10am and was a celebration of the achievements within the Industry over the past year. There were a number of awards being given out at the event. Some of the most prestigious awards included:

There were also a number of guest speakers at the event from countries including Canada, USA and South Africa.
