With three decades of experience in his field, Mr. Wangsahardja is known for his expertise in leadership, execution and executive coaching. Daily, he is tasked with bringing business in for executive search, commercial and IT/engineering/mining for Indonesia, reporting to regional in Singapore, and covering the natural resources, life sciences, high-tech, financial services, and consumer goods segments of the business. Additionally, Mr. Wangsahardja is responsible for working with 70 people across the firm on a metrix basis, matching personnel with employers, and conducting interviews.

Mr. Wangsahardja thinks of himself as just an ordinary man doing an ordinary job that has extraordinary outcomes. He attributes his success to his contributions in helping people to obtain better positions and lead better lives. Well equipped to thrive in his field, Mr. Wangsahardja earned a master's degree in management and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. An avid networker, he is a member of Rotary International, and the National Association of Indonesian Engineering Consultants.
