Covington Who's Who Selects Lyse Moreau as an Executive Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

CATHARINES, ON, April 09, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lyse Moreau, Owner and President of International Sew Right, has been selected as an Executive of the Year Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Sara Ward's commitment to excellence in Manufacturing.

Lyse Moreau began her career in accounting in 1989 before gradually getting into sales. By 2001 she had made partner in her company before becoming the sole owner of International Sew Right in 2006. Now, with new divisions to expand and diversify in areas like Foundries, Die Casting, Electrical, Fabricating, Mechanical, Fisheries, Marine, Government, and more, her position varies from decision maker to helping design a safety related item for a client. Lyse has a passion for helping people stay safe and to protect them from injury. It can range from designing a single piece of clothing to designing something for a vehicle, like fire truck covers.

"Listening to what my customers' needs is so important," Ms. Moreau stresses. "I once heard that you have two ears and one mouth for a reason; listen more than you speak."

Ms. Moreau's drive to provide the best solutions that are made available to clients is always her number one goal. Absorbing everything she can, she admits to being a lifelong learner. She began researching textiles, taking courses to advance her knowledge and speaking abilities with those in the industry. Lyse is always doing research online when new ideas pop up so that she can contact the manufacture reps to learn all she can.

Holding a BSN from Niagara College, Lyse is an active member of Niagara Industrial Association. She holds several awards, including a 2004 Niagara Entrepreneur Award for International Trade, a 2015 Ontario Health and Safety Award for The Readers Choice Award for Designing and Manufacturing Apparel and Aluminized Clothing, and a 2015 Women's Distinguished Award for Achievements in the Industry.

Notably, Ms. Moreau will be featured in the upcoming edition of the National Association of Distinguished Professionals' Women of Distinction magazine.
