New Baking Mix Company Paleoful Offers a Delicious Alternative For Those With Special Dietary Needs

    SALT LAKE CITY, UT, April 17, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Paleoful, a new manufacturer of paleo-friendly baking mixes, is excited to announce its recent launch into the baking and dessert mix market. Paleoful's paleo-friendly dessert solution offers a delicious alternative for those who have food allergies and special dietary needs. The Paleoful line of products is free of gluten, grains, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, preservatives, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

Paleoful's current product line features three dessert mixes including a Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix made with almond flour, a Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix made with sunflower seed flour, and a Brownie Mix made with almond flour. Product prices range from $10 to $14 and customers will be able bake the paleo-friendly desserts in approximately 15 minutes.

Paleoful was launched in late 2014 and has seen initial success. To fulfill demand from the attention it has already generated, Paleoful has launched a campaign on crowd funding website Kickstarter. Contributors are able to participate by donating as little as $10 and are offered a variety of participant incentives including a personalized thank you from the founder, complimentary bags from the Paleoful mix product line, an exclusive Paleoful recipe e-book, Paleoful merchandise, a 12-month subscription of Paleoful products, and input on future Paleoful products. The campaign goals via Kickstarter are to fund the first large production run of Paleoful products with a co-packer that has a certified gluten-free/kosher co-packing facility.

Founder Lauren Montalette was inspired to create Paleoful from her own personal experience with food allergies and finding a solution through the paleo diet.
