FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, June 05, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The South Florida Interactive Marketing Association (SFIMA), the tri-county's premiere networking and professional development organization for digital marketing professionals, will host "How Customer Marketing Fuels Success at Citrix," a case study on customer marketing on Thursday, June 11 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Citrix Fort Lauderdale headquarters.
It will be presented by three senior marketing professionals from Citrix: Eileen M. D'Ippolito, director of customer marketing, Lee H. Rubin, senior manager of global reference programs, and Pascale R. Royal, manager of global advocacy programs. The three will discuss how they transformed the Citrix global customer marketing strategy by combining traditional content vehicles with modern digital distribution mediums.
"We've partnered with our customers to share their stories and fuel our joint marketing efforts," said D'Ippolito, director of customer marketing at Citrix. "In return, we've deepened our customer relationships and delivered highly utilized content that drove measurable results for the sales team. It's a win-win."
Moving beyond case studies, testimonial videos, and customer references, they tapped existing Citrix customers to create value-added content for marketing to new prospects. The team turned to mobile channels to publish the content and implemented systems to accurately measure the impact of their programs. This spring, the customer marketing team's efforts were recognized by Sirius Decisions, a global B2B research and advisory firm, with its prestigious "Program of the Year Award" in Account Based Marketing.
"We are excited to have Eileen, Lee and Pascale share their customer marketing success at SFIMA's June networking and educational event," Brett Circe, newly appointed president of SFIMA, states. "Today's digital marketing landscape has introduced powerful new ways to target, engage, and convert new customers; bringing fresh value to time-tested marketing methods. We invite South Florida's business and marketing communities to join us as we dive into the latest customer marketing tactics with Citrix."
Tickets for the event are $39 in advance or $49 at the door, for non-members. Admission is free for SFIMA members. From 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., SFIMA will host an industry networking engagement with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Then, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., the Citrix team will present, followed by a Q&A session. Citrix headquarters is located at 851 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.
