LaSalle Network Announces the Promotion of Krisi Rossi O'Donnell to Chief Recruiting Officer

    CHICAGO, IL, August 26, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- LaSalle Network, a recruiting and staffing firm headquartered in Chicago, announced the promotion of Krisi Rossi O'Donnell to Chief Recruiting Officer. Most recently, O'Donnell held the position of Vice President of Recruiting and Staffing, where she oversaw 37 people and led the expansion of LaSalle Network's recruiting efforts.

In her new role, O'Donnell will be responsible for all recruiting efforts and will play a key role in helping to strategize the expansion and growth of LaSalle Network. Over the past year, LaSalle Network has expanded its search practice to conduct national searches, opened an office in San Francisco, hired 70 new employees, and expanded its corporate headquarters.

O'Donnell joined LaSalle Network as an Office Assistant in 2005, and soon after, she was promoted to junior project manager before becoming an executive recruiter to support the startup of the Executive Search team. O'Donnell was promoted to Unit Manager in 2007, Associate Director in 2010, Director in 2012, Managing Director in 2012, and Vice President of Recruiting and Staffing in 2013. Since joining LaSalle, O'Donnell has placed hundreds of professionals in technology, accounting, finance, and executive leadership positions. O'Donnell holds a BA from St. Louis University.
