Joseph A. Correnti Named a Worldwide Branding VIP of the Year

LLC and recent IBM retiree, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Branding. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

Recognized for more than 30 years of invaluable contributions to his various fields, Mr. Correnti parlays his knowledge from his many roles with IBM (including owning/participating in 100+ client contracts), pro bono COO of National Veterans Homeless Support, and others, into Edrene, providing leadership and consulting services in telecommunications, media and entertainment, as well as banking, finance, and all manners of business transformation. In the course of his daily routine, he leads and participates in providing rapid transition and transformation consultation and leadership for companies across all industries. Having focused a majority of his career on transformation leadership, he also possesses unique skills in leading teams in critical situations and situational management and developing new organizational and operational models for clients. He is most proud of founding the IBM SW SWAT Team which he then grew into the kernel of what was to become the IBM Software Services Division - this experience became the root of his specialization in leading critical situations.

An example of excellence in his field, Mr. Correnti attributes his success to a combination of his great mentorship and teamwork, multiple industry experiences and a solid educational background, which includes a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Biology from Purdue University. This, augmented by multiple certifications through IBM, including Certified Executive Consultant and Certified Learning & Knowledge Consultant, combined with classes including Situational Leadership and multiple other leadership, sales and business training have prepared him for all situations. Presently, Mr. Correnti is pursuing the College for Financial Planning's Accredited Wealth Management Advisor certification as well as multiple other business ventures and enterprises. Throughout his career, he has been awarded numerous leadership and innovation awards as well as a US Patent #5,394,547 and Invention Disclosure #BC885.0342. As the Edrene Corporation matures in the coming years, Mr. Correnti hopes to grow his business and fund a charity with the proceeds. In his spare time, he is an inventor, an author/critic and journeyman finish carpenter and actively participates in Row Brevard sculling, Satellite Beach Public Library, Sea Turtle Preservation Society and other volunteering and domestic and international critical causes.
