Effective June 30, 2015, Erik Matheson was appointed Director of Sales, responsible for the industrial chain manufacturer's East and Southeast sales regions.
Matheson will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dean Bogner, and will be working closely with the rest of Webster's sales team and other departments.

Matheson comes on board at Webster with a substantial background in power transmission, and brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the Director position. His management and training experience, in addition to his excellent reputation in the industry, make him a strong addition to the Webster team.
Matheson both will be responsible for the development of regional target accounts; management and training within each territory; increasing accountability of territory representatives and accounts; recommendations of product line enhancements and additions; market development; and end user enhancement training and product specifications in key industries.
