Katie Lee Collier, owner of Katie's Pizza & Pasta, is known for her use of fresh, seasonal ingredients, which help make her dishes exquisite and always delightful. This fall, her menu will include new items such as the Gorgonzola & Butternut Squash Crostini, Lamb Merguez pizza, and Ten Layer Lasagna.
"I love being able to come up with new menu items to thrill and delight my customers," said Collier. "My aim is to never let my menu get old and predictable and to use the fresh ingredients we have here to recreate the finest Italian dishes possible."
Collier's new seasonal menu celebrates the season of fall in St. Louis with locally-grown fruits and vegetables, which are expertly used in her various dishes. Guests are sure to be left wanting more after they try one of the many new fall items at Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria.
Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria is open every day from 11 a.m. to midnight and features Happy Hour specials from 3-5p.m. and 9-10p.m. Carry-outs are also available.
