Mandated Hawaii Real Estate Core Course 2015-16 Now Available from ProSchools by OnCourse Learning

    WAUKESHA, WI, November 11, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ProSchools by OnCourse Learning recently announced the availability of the Hawaii Real Estate Commission 2015-2016 Core Course - Part A that real estate agents in Hawaii must take to renew their licenses.

The four-hour course is the first half of the Hawaii Real Estate Commission-mandated eight-hour core continuing education course, which consists of two sections. The first section addresses law updates for 2015 and covers bills that were passed by the Hawaii State Legislature in 2015. The second section, which will be released in 2016, covers condominiums -- creation and structure.

Since real estate agents in Hawaii must complete a total of 20 hours of continuing education each renewal cycle, including a commission-mandated eight-hour core course (Core Course - Part A and Part B), ProSchools also offers a real estate continuing education elective package covering 12 hours to fulfill the education requirement.

Elective courses also are available for enrollment a la carte.

Licensees who submit complete renewal applications by Nov. 30 will be successfully renewed prior to the Dec. 31 even-numbered-year license expiration date.
