Women of Distinction Magazine Selects Minerva M. Garcia as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

Garcia, Vice-President of Human Resources for Accordant Media, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Minerva M. Previously serving as the Director of Human Resources for DDB Worldwide Communications Group, Inc. from 1998 to January 2015, Minerva M. Garcia had the opportunity to work for Accordant Media as their Vice-President of Human Resources. Dedicating her time to extensive employee development, she has become adept at supervising staff, conducting employee relations, implementing diversity strategies, recommending solutions to improve processes, and implementing effective training programs to streamline personnel productivity.
