Women of Distinction Magazine Selects Marge Fleck as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

    CORNWALL, NY, January 23, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marge Fleck, President of Marge Fleck Professional Advisors, LLC and CEO of Infinite Limit, LLC, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Marge Fleck will be featured in the upcoming edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016.

Completing her BE in Materials/Engineering Science in 1986 at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Marge Fleck worked as an Industrial Engineer for more than 13 years, beginning with a corporate, high tech manufacturing company. Growing in responsibility, she pursued her MBA in Corporate Finance and advanced into engineering management positions for various corporations, focusing on improving productivity and reducing overall costs.

By 1999, Ms. Fleck was ready to go on her own. Establishing Marge Fleck Professional Advisors (MFPA), LLC, a business consulting firm, they have since participated as a sub-consultant to Karen Antion Consulting, LLC, delivering program and project management services, business analytics, IT assessments, business process re-engineering, and services to high profile clients in the public transportation industry. Ms. Fleck has provided clients with business processes standardized around best practices further enabling them to more fully exploit both existing and new information technology. Additionally, MFPA provides business and contract administration, engineering services, and back office support to small and medium sized firms.

"Having worked in various corporate environments in the past, I found that it could be difficult to attain my full potential when considering both my career and my family. This challenge inspired me to establish my own business where I have greater control over the culture of the business," Ms. Fleck stated. "My goal is to create a culture that enables employees to flourish in their career while maintaining a satisfying work-life balance."

Ms. Fleck formed Infinite Limit, LLC with her husband in November 2010 to develop a product idea that became the Bungee Beast , the idea came to them as they were using bungee cords for everyday use. Essentially, the Bungee Beast stores bungee cords when they are not in use and keeps them from tangling. They have since produced 500 units of the product, which are now selling in local retailers and online. Their patent is currently pending and is expected to be issued soon. The next step is to develop and implement a robust sales and marketing plan to expand sales nationally.

A cancer survivor, Ms. Fleck continued to work during her treatments, relying on hard work, determination, and a will to succeed. She hopes that her success in fighting the disease, while maintaining both her professional and family responsibilities, will serve as an example and give hope to others.
