She also manages overall business operations, including the national industry program, geography leadership, growth strategies, and the entire client relationship life cycle. Ms. Vaidya is a first-generation Indian-American and a partner at Deloitte.
Looking back, Ms. Vaidya attributes her success to her hard work and experience. She became involved in her profession because she has a passion for the government and community. She holds an MPA degree and also served in the White House.
Ms. Vaidya received a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University in 1998, and she is a graduate of The London School of Economics and Political Science, and Georgetown University. In years to come, Ms. Vaidya plans for continued professional growth and expansion for the firm.
