Mr. Walker has 40 years of professional experience, with five years as a founding partner and attorney of Walker & Peskind, PLLC. On a daily basis, he is responsible for advising and representing corporate clients. Mr. Walker has been a partner in some of the most prominent national law firms in America, including the Phoenix office of Quarles & Brady, and the Washington, D.C. office of Winston & Strawn.

Mr. Walker has been advising and representing corporate clients, including numerous Fortune 500 corporations on a national basis for over 30 years. As a partner in some of the most prominent national firms in the U.S., he has earned a sterling reputation for adept handling of complex litigation, including cases with highly complex technological issues and class action suits, and for his penetrating analyses and innovative strategies. Mr. Walker became involved in his profession after going to law school with no intention of practicing; initially, he wanted to write fiction and thought it would be good discipline. However, he ended up in the field of law due to his education.

Mr. Walker received a JD from the University of Kansas in 1975 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, University of Kansas, with Honors (1970); Universität Tübingen, Tübingen, West Germany. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the Litigation Counsel of America, the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, the Development of the Law Under the NLRA, the Labor & Employment Section of the State Bar of Arizona, and the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Arizona.
