Utah Jiffy Lube "What Drives You?" Scholarship Deadlines Approaching

    SALT LAKE CITY, UT, February 12, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Since 2004, the Utah Jiffy Lube "What Drives You" High School Scholarship program has awarded scholarships to 72 Utah high school students totaling $140,000. Funded locally by Jiffy Lube of Utah, the scholarship asks high school students to express their goals, passion and drive in a 500-word essay that details their ambitions for the future. This year, the program will award $13,000 in scholarships to four Utah high school students.

Scholarship submission deadlines for the 2015-16 school year are March 25, 2016 for licensed teen drivers and April 22, 2016 for students enrolled in driver's education.

The Jiffy Lube scholarship opportunity is open to all students regardless of test scores or grades, enrolled in a Utah high school, and are either currently taking driver's education or are already licensed. Scholarship money will go directly towards secondary education, in the form of college or other qualified technical or professional program chosen by each winning student.
