Kenneth R. Fausett has been Named an Executive of the Year in Manufacturing

    FORDYCE, AR, February 15, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kenneth R. Fausett, Vice President of Operations for File America LLC, has been named a Worldwide Branding Executive of the Year in manufacturing. While inclusion in Worldwide Branding is an honor, only small selections of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Worldwide Branding membership.

Mr. Fausett has 45 years of experience in manufacturing, with four years of experience as VP of operations for File America LLC. His areas of expertise include the mechanical aspects of the industry, in addition to strategic planning, profitability development, efficiency and operations fluidity. In his role as VP, Mr. Fausett is responsible for overseeing production and pricing, as well as interacting regularly with the executive team and individual department heads to ensure operational priorities are aligned with the company's goals. File America LLC is a paper and forest products manufacturing company that produces custom file folders from a variety of common and specialty paper stocks, including manila, press-board and C1S.

Mr. Fausett attributes his success to his experience and knowledge of the industry. He became VP of operations after working in the commercial printing industry for more than 45 years. Mr. Fausett started as a press room supervisor and web pressman for Parkin Printing and Stationery; he was with them for 23 years. Immediately prior to his current role, he was a specialty producer for Benton Workshop Inc., doing custom printing, foil stamping and die cutting.

Mr. Fausett received his Associate Degree in Graphics Art Technology from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology in Okmulgee. He proudly served in the U.S. Army for 26 years, and retired as a Sergeant First Class U.S. Army Reserve. He was a certified instructor for his last 12 years as a reservist.
