Everywhere Wireless and DeLux Bar & Grill in River West Work Together to End Alzheimer's

    CHICAGO, IL, March 11, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Alzheimer's disease is the sixth leading cause of death in the United States, and the only disease of the top 10 in America that is neither preventable nor curable. As a result, one in three senior citizens dies with Alzheimer's or some other form of dementia.

This is why Everywhere Wireless pledged to donate $250 for each Chicago property that connected to its Gigabit+ Internet network over the course of the last few months. As their campaign draws to a close, Everywhere Wireless, the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Illinois Chapter and DeLux Bar & Grill are partnering to make one last push to raise awareness and funding for Alzheimer's research and care.

On Thursday, March 24th, 2016, DeLux Bar & Grill, 669 North Milwaukee, opens its doors for drinks, appetizers and a silent auction, with all proceeds being donated to the Chicago Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. The list of attendees includes the President and CEO of the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Illinois Chapter, Erna Colburn and Former Chicago Bears tight end and 2006 NFC Champion, Desmond Clark.

Beer, wine and appetizers, provided by DeLux Bar & Grill, are included in the ticket price, and gift certificates auctioned at a discount include: in-home wine tastings provided by Wines for Humanity; five day passes to Workspring's facility; bottle service at Parliament; three hours of bowling at Diversey River Bowl; $75 dollars to Hopsmith Tavern; Chef for a Day at a Michelin-starred restaurant, provided by EL Ideas; tickets to Sunday Gospel Brunch at House of Blues Chicago; Chicago Fire home game tickets and many more.
