Ms. Phan has 25 years of professional experience, with two years as a Senior Solutions Consultant at the Institute of Business Excellence, a subsidiary of Next U Pte Ltd. Throughout her career, she has set herself apart in the fields of human resources, management, sales, market development, consulting and budgeting. Each day, she is responsible for identifying training needs, providing quality training solutions, managing solution portfolios, handling annual budgets, working with clients and overseeing daily business operations.

Looking back, Ms. Phan attributes her success to her networking referrals and her ability to learn at a fast rate. She became involved in her profession because she has always been interested in education.

Ms. Phan received a Master of Science in Human Resources from Temple University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh, a Graduate Diploma in Training from the University of Cambridge and a diploma in computer science from the National Computing Centre. In addition to her degrees, she holds a certification in wills and estates, which she earned in Scotland. She maintains affiliation with the College of Teachers and the Teachers Association of Singapore. In years to come, Ms. Phan plans to embark on her own consultancy firm serving the SME industries.
