Julia A. Morris Recognized for Excellence in Engineering

    FT WAYNE, IN, April 11, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Julia A. Morris, Office Manager of Human Resources for Weaxon LLC, has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in engineering.

For more than five years, Ms. Morris has worked as office manager with Weaxon LLC, a system engineering consulting company focused on helping local businesses develop project campaigns, understand gaps in the market, validate concepts, evaluate designs for cost effectiveness and manufacturability, and create plans for project deployment. As office manager, she is in charge of maintaining employee records and coordinating trade shows and expos.

Ms. Morris began her career 19 years ago. Taking a job in the information technology and program management fields, her job quickly became a career. She spent 10 years in the field, esuring all projects were running smoothly with all employees in line with one another. She has also spent six years in program development and systems engineering. In 2010, she began working as office manager for Weaxon LLC, honing her skills in research and trade shows. Continuing her education, she earned an Associate of Science in criminal justice from ITT Technical Institute's Fort Wayne campus in 2012.

Balancing her career with motherhood, Ms. Morris' success comes from her tenacity. As a strong leader, she is able to take the reins in any situation. She is able to understand all sides of a situation, including differentiating and interpreting engineering talk, and come up with a fair solution to problems that might arise. Known for always being there to help others, Ms. Morris is inspired by the encouragement and support of her family. She hopes to continue finding success and happiness with the support of her children, family and friends in the future.
