The recipient of a LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Mr. Kirke also received a LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School and a D.Juris from the International Bar Association. He is the first Canadian director and first Canadian president of the Sports Lawyers Association, and he has served on many charity and industry boards such as the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sports, Tennis Canada, Special Olympics, Children's Aid Society, and Scarborough Hospital Foundation.
