Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria Creates Recipe for Success With All New Web Series

    ST. LOUIS, MO, April 15, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A local restaurant is making national waves with an innovative web series.

Katie Collier, owner of Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria, and her crew have been busy creating stand-and-stir videos that teach viewers how to create various dishes. Coming off the heels of these videos' popularity, Collier and her team are now producing a nine-episode web series called "From Scratch With Katie." This unique series follows Collier as she and other prominent St. Louis natives spotlight local culinary cuisine and culture each week.

This new series launched Wed., April 13 and featured Eric Christensen as the first guest. Christensen is the host of "STL Up Late," a live stage production that has migrated both to TV and the Internet. Episodes will be posted every Wednesday on Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria's YouTube channel.

On this new series, guests, which thus far have included Mike Johnson of Sugarfire Smoke House, David Chol of Seoul Taco, and many others, will either demonstrate how to create a recipe or will learn a brand-new one from Collier. These videos share a portion of St. Louis that many outside of the food industry might not notice.

"My guests and I always have one goal in mind when creating these videos - sharing a visually stunning and unique dish that is easy for viewers at home to make," said Collier.
