PHILADELPHIA, PA, June 04, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jo Coppola, Freelance Writer, Handwriting and Art Analyst, and Workshop Presenter, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Jo Coppola will be featured in Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016.
For more than 25 years, Jo Coppola has been serving her community by conducting handwriting analysis. After graduating from the Psychology of Handwriting program in 1989, she began conducting workshops at local libraries, adult community schools, high schools, colleges, and for groups of individuals interested in learning more about the topic and themselves. She has also been actively participating in various fundraising events related to her field.
"My main responsibility is to provide each participant receive a reading of value of who they are in a most respectful and compassionate manner. Each person is a viable part of the universe and my readings reflect that reality," Coppola said about her role as a handwriting analyst. "Handwriting analysis looks at the personality in the moment or 'frozen emotions' when the writing sample is created. It tends to be a more spiritual experience because it reflects an energy that connects the thinking mind and the creative spirit in all of us."
Believing that handwriting analysis has served as a great vehicle for her to increase clients' well-being, Coppola says that mental health plays a huge role in the continuation of her gifts and skills. Handwriting analysis, she notes, is an accurate snapshot of a person in a very holistic way.
Recently relocating from New Jersey to South Philadelphia, Coppola continues to write and offer workshops. She's interested in bringing her information to both high schools and colleges in the city to teach students the gift of journaling as a means of working through the issues of life that are sometimes unbearable, such as identity.
Coppola holds a Master's Degree in Psychology and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She is a member of American Mental Health Counselors Association, American Handwriting Analysis Foundation, and American Association of Handwriting Analysis.
