Kennedy Construction broke ground May 2nd 2016 for the $10 million Brixton Landing Apartments, a new senior living facility located at 442 E. 13th Street in Apopka, Fla. Developed by Wendover Housing Partners, LLC, Orlando, Brixton Landing is an 80-unit apartment community designed by Slocum Platts Architects, and is slated for completion in February 2017.
