Her greatest accomplishment was bringing in over $3 million in donations thanks to her relationship building skills through charitable gift planning.

Ms. Erwin's greatest strengths are her relationship building and organizational skills, and she has been given several awards over her career, including the Texas Woman's University Outstanding Staff Award and Above and Beyond Employee of the Year. In addition to her role with the Texas Woman's University Foundation, she has also served as the president of Denton County Former Students Association of Texas Woman's University. She remains updated in her field through her affiliation with the Outstanding Young Women of America, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Visiting Nurse's Association of Denton County, and the Board of the Retired Senior Volunteers of Denton County and the Cumberland Children's Home.

Named one of the Top Female Executives, Professionals & Entrepreneurs by Worldwide Branding, Ms. Erwin is an honored member of The International Women's Leadership Association, recognized for her contribution to family, career and community.
