In an age of clapback and memes, this year's 2-day girls empowerment event focuses on radical self-care, personal development and sets out to amplify the voices of girls of color who dare to challenge the status quo.

ABOUT THE GYE NYAME EMPOWERMENT PROJECT (GNEP)
The Gye Nyame Empowerment Project is a non-profit organization that provides tools and conversations that affirm positive life outcomes for Pan-African people and their communities. GNEP creates moments that affirm people of Pan-African descent and their communities, and they disrupt disempowering trajectories of Pan-African people and Pan-African communities.
