New Honors For FivePoint's Great Park Neighborhoods In Irvine, California

Dynamic Marketing--recent accolades came in The Nationals, a national competition that notes achievement in community design and new home marketing and advertising. Neighborhood Planning--In the 2016 Gold Nugget Awards, Beacon Park earned Awards of Merit for new homes, community amenities and site planning that encourages neighborly dynamics and active lifestyles. Beacon Park earned similar honors from Professional Builder in its Design Awards.

Affordable Seniors Housing--Solaira, the first affordable apartment community in Irvine in more than 20 years, took Gold Nugget Merits for seniors housing and affordable housing. Situated in Pavilion Park, Solaira won a Silver in Best In American Living Awards (BALA), sponsored by NAHB and Professional Builder to honor innovative builders, architects, developers and land planners. A collaboration of FivePoint, Related California and Riverside Charitable Corporation, Solaira was a Finalist as an active seniors community, in the SAGE program for Orange County.

Connectivity--The Irvine Boulevard Bicycle and Pedestrian Bridge, was named Bridge Project of the Year by the American Society of Civil Engineers/Orange County; and Project of the Year by the Southern California Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA). A joint effort of FivePoint and the City of Irvine, the bridge links families living north of Irvine Boulevard to Orange County Great Park, and serves Beacon Park School's K-8 campus, and Portola High School.
