He believes parallels can be made between Miami's reaction to the catastrophe and how business professionals can overcome unexpected changes in circumstance. Mr Bell recently stated how failure is fundamental to entrepreneurial progress and that his representatives should be prepared to experience failure in their lives and have structures in place to make sure they bounce back effectively. In a recent report, CNN outlined the precautions taken by the Florida County council to ensure the safety of Miami residents: schools were closed, offices closed and 43 shelters established for all those who were hit by the storm. The speed at which the authorities responded to the threat of this storm were exemplary, and Antoine is keen for his workforce to have their very own methods of overcoming failure that is just as efficient.

In a recent workshop, he outlined two structures he believes his workforce should have in place to respond to any failures.

A system of setting goals
Mr Bell is confident that being dynamic is essential for anyone in the sales and marketing industry. However, he believes everyone should have a system of setting emergency goals to overcome any unexpected changes in circumstance. He implores his contractors to practice setting daily goals for ten minutes at the start of every day, to practice a format of goal writing that works best for them.

A support network
"Failure is inevitable" claimed Mr Bell in a recent interview. However, he argues that having a group of friends and professional advisors to fall back on makes the process of bouncing back much easier. While it is important for contractors to think what they need to do to improve, having some external advice on what they can do to improve is always helpful.
