Hefner manages Ferguson Roofing's residential sales team and is poised to grow into commercial sales management in the future.

A graduate from the University of Missouri St. Louis, Hefner holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She worked in public schools for two years and has a background in education, pharmaceutical sales, and commercial remediation and restoration.
