SECOR, also known as Southeast Community Outreach helps assist those in need with food and financial assistance in suburban neighborhoods. The move of poverty to the suburbs is a challenge for the American social safety net, and many anti-poverty programs were designed to assist urban issues, creating little assistance for those affected by poverty in the suburbs. SECOR's mission is loving kids and families while restoring dignity and hope for a better future.
