Pardee Homes Inland Empire a Finalist in 12 SoCal Awards Categories

    CORONA, CA, September 27, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pardee Homes Inland Empire Division, known for the development of master-planned communities, green homebuilding measures and customer-focused processes, is honored to have received 12 SoCal Awards finalist designations for 2018. Presented by the Greater Sales and Marketing Councils and Building Industry Association of Southern California, Inc. the SoCal Awards is an annual competition that encompasses all facets of home building and provides for recognition in the fields of product design, model complex landscaping, interior merchandising, sales office design, graphic design advertising, internet marketing and individual achievement.

Most notable for Inland Empire homebuyers is the recognition of Pardee Homes' Beacon community at Sundance in Beaumont. Both Plans 1 and 3 are finalists in their respective categories for Best Interior Merchandising for a Detached Home Under $600K and Best Architectural Design for a detached home 3,000 to 4,500 square feet. Beacon is also a finalist in the Best Architectural Series category. The designer for Beacon was Ambrosia Interiors; Bassenian Lagoni Architects was the architectural design firm for Beacon.

Pardee's newest neighborhoods, Canvas and Kadence, are also finalists in the Best Interior Merchandising category for Detached Homes Under $600K. These two exciting new neighborhoods are located in the company's Centennial master planned community in Menifee.

Additional Finalist Honors for Pardee Homes Inland Empire include Robert Marks for Sales Leader/Manager of the Year; Daniel Frias, Rookie Salesperson of the Year; Katherine Perry for Sales Professional of the Year and along with Stephanie Pages for Sales Team of the Year; and Alan Jessup for Customer Service Professional of the Year.

Pardee Homes received 12 additional finalist honors for projects in San Diego and the L.A. County area, including Best Detached Community of the Year for both Sandstone and Lake Ridge at Weston in Santee, a suburb of San Diego, and for Verano at Aliento in the Santa Clarita Valley.

Winners of the 2018 SoCal Awards competition "The Art of Social" will be announced October 13th at Disney's Grand California Hotel in Anaheim in a gala presentation toasting the best in Professional Achievement, Sales, Marketing and Design throughout the Southern California home building industry.
