The financial rewards for specific information about a real estate developer involved in cheating EB-5 Visa investors could be in the millions of dollars
WASHINGTON, DC, October 23, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- According to the Wall Street Fraud Watchdog, "We are urging an employee of a real estate developer who is cheating EB-5 Visa investors to call us anytime at 866-714-6466 about what could be significant whistleblower rewards. The developer could be using EB-5 investor money to pay off old debts on prior real estate deals, or just living large. The other distinct possibility is the real estate developer is lying to EB-5 Visa investors about the upside of the proposed investment opportunity just to make huge construction/development fees.

The financial rewards for specific information about a real estate developer involved in cheating EB-5 Visa investors could be in the millions of dollars as we would like to discuss anytime." http://WallStreetFraudWatchdog.Com
A few examples of US real estate developers lying to EB-5 Visa applicants that have been recently discovered by the Wall Street Fraud Watchdog:
* In a recent example an EB-5 Visa applicant was offered an investment opportunity in a retail-hotel investment property that supposedly was very 'near-next' to a major US tourist attraction. As it turned out the real estate investment development was 15 miles away from the tourist attraction and the property was in a neighborhood that would not be safe to visit after daylight hours.
* In another recent example EB-5 Visa applicants were offered an investment opportunity in a multi- level retail development in office building in a major metro area's downtown. The problem-the retail "investment opportunity" had no tenants and it is extremely unlikely the enterprise would have ever been commercially successful.
* The Wall Street Fraud Watchdog is in the process of exposing middlemen brokers in China acting as agents for EB-5 Visa Regional Centers or real estate developers that are raising millions of dollars for real estate developments that do not exist.
The Wall Street Fraud Watchdog intends to become the best branded source in the United States for real estate developers or publicly traded companies cheating shareholders and or investors. The group is urging an employee of a real estate developer offering investment opportunities to EB-5 Visa applicants to call them anytime at 866-714-6466 if their employer is lying to investors about the potential upside of their real estate opportunity and or is using the investor's money for things unrelated to the investment. The potential SEC whistleblower rewards for this type of information can be significant as they would like to discuss anytime at 866-714-6466.
