Being a consumer choice award winner affirms that our whole team works together to provide the best service in our industry. Winning this award each year gives our customers the assurance that we care about their needs and makes our team proud to serve the Province of Alberta.
What makes your business unique in the market?
There are many FCA brand dealerships in Edmonton and we understand that customers have the choice on where they purchase their next vehicle. We built the new Crosstown with the customer needs in mind with over 40 service bays, a massive vehicle selection, Mopar Cafe, and much, much more. Aside from our building features, the one thing that makes us unique is the people that work hard to make sure that customers are made to feel valued and have an amazing experience when they come to Crosstown!
How do you keep up with the trends in your industry?
I follow industry leaders in automotive, sales, and marketing such as Gary Vee, Grant Cardone and Michael Cirillo, just to name a few. I listen to podcasts almost daily and read magazines such as the Dealer Marketing Magazine. Crosstown's Dealer Principal, Joe Medina also shares the things that he's noticing and encourages me to continually learn about our industry.
What is the next priority for your business?
As we just finished 2018 as the #1 FCA Dealership in Western Canada, we are working to achieve this goal again in 2019 AND aim for #1 FCA Dealership in Canada!
Where do the great ideas come from in your organization?
Most of the great ideas come together when department leaders work collaboratively to achieve a goal. Joe is passionate about our business and is always sharing ideas and inspiration to help stimulate conversation about what new projects we can work on. There's never a dull day at Crosstown!
Does your company use social media?
Social media is a fun way to share day-to-day moments and connect with followers. Facebook is one my favourite advertising platforms as it allows my team and I to create customized and highly targeted ads to reach people at the right point in their buying journey.
GETTING TO KNOW ASHLEY GRAHAM
If you could only use ONE word to describe yourself, what would it be?
Persistent. It's important to me to understand why things happen the way that they do and make sure that my voice is heard. I ask a lot of questions and gather as much information as possible before making a decision. When something needs to be done, I have no shame in asking for help as often as required to make sure it's done right.
What hobby would you get into if time and money were not an issue?
I would travel and experience cultures all over the globe. If I could get into outer space, I would absolutely do that!
You've just won the lottery, what is your first biggest purchase?
My dream home.
