Deluxe Modular Expedites Westbury School Expansion Project

    OLD WESTBURY, NY, April 18, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Deluxe Building Solutions LLC ("Deluxe Modular") has been awarded the contract to provide 36 modular units to the Westbury Union Free School located in Long Island, NY for their classroom expansion project. The project is on an aggressive time line as the project alleviates overcrowded classrooms, and needs to be completed within 5 months, before students return to school in September. Deluxe Modular's streamlined modular construction process will enable the 16,655 SF of classroom space to be built and delivered in 13-weeks, less than half the time as compared to traditional building methods.

Deluxe Modular will build the 14 modular classrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 offices and a break room in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Berwick, PA and then deliver the classroom modules to the school.
