Impact Plastics Expands Waste Product Portfolio with Acquisition of Roll-Tech

    ELGIN, IL, May 03, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Impact Plastics, a premier manufacturer of parts and products to the Waste & Recycling Industry has acquired privately-held Roll-Tech Molding Products, LLC based in Hickory, North Carolina. For over twenty years, the privately held Roll-Tech Molding has been manufacturing wheels for residential waste containers, specializing in rubber compression molding technology.

"The addition of Roll-Tech Molding allows us to provide a wider array of product solutions to our customers and allows us to expand our focus from commercial waste solutions to residential," said Brian Beth, President of Impact Plastics. "Utilizing our own field sales team, we believe we can bring the high level of customer intimacy we currently provide at Impact to Roll-Tech's current and prospective customers."

Impact plans to continue to operate the business out of the Hickory, North Carolina plant.
