Passion-filled filmmakers were armed with a genre, prop, character and a line of dialogue and then tasked with making a film in 48 hours. Charlsi Taylor directed Roadside Assistance, a suspense packed film detailing the life of a young girl who encounters a series of incidents with a killer at larger.
"This entire project was conceived, produced, acted and edited over an insanely brief period of 48 hours," said Daniel Pareja Colt. "I'm excited to share this project with the city of Los Angeles. I don't want to give away the ending, but it's a film that will have you guessing the killer the entire time."
Daniel Pareja Colt was born in Colombia and moved to Venezuela at the age of 5. In middle school, he went to an acting summer camp and immediately fell in love with acting. Daniel graduated high school and moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting professionally. He obtained a BFA in Acting for Film from the New York Film Academy. Daniel became more skilled by completing the Meisner program under the supervision of renowned teacher Alex Taylor. He then learned the craft of voice overs from Emmy Nominee George McGrath and has been coached by Valorie Hubbard (credited for Hannah Montana) and Alex Cole Taylor (who has worked with Whoopi Goldberg, Robin Williams and more).
