"MIG's most compelling feature is its small footprint"
SEBASTOPOL, CA, October 01, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- "The MIG's most compelling feature is its small footprint," says Dale Rorabaugh, Founder. Because of its vertical design, the 1.2 square foot kitchen garden can grow the equivalent of 5 square feet of space, saving time, space, and water. Leafy vegetables planted in MIG grow 40% quicker than those sown in traditional gardens.
The compact system does not require soil, a method known as hydroponic gardening. Instead, MIG uses a unique mix of nutrients and water. Also, MIG includes four removable trays that can be transported from the MIG to the kitchen counter. Each tray has four modules that each hold five plants for a total of 80 plants per MIG.
Other features include adjustable automated LED quantum boards, automatic watering system, and casters that allow the MIG to move to any room in the house, apartment or restaurant.
Several prototypes of MIG have already been tested. The company plans to launch a crowdfunding campaign for the kitchen garden in October.
