"Our objective is to provide an easy to maneuver, cost effective solution for smaller facilities as well as fixed tank environments that will benefit from a more flexible CIP system implementation."
ROCKLIN, CA, January 06, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Placer Process today announced the introduction of its new Mobile Clean-in-Place solution for use in fixed tank and equipment sanitary systems environments, as well as for small facilities not requiring a full implementation of a CIP system to support their production and operational needs. "Staying current with ever-evolving FDA regulations involving sanitary systems is a challenge for all process manufacturers," said Mr. Andrew McClymont, President of Placer Process Systems. "Our objective is to provide an easy to maneuver, cost effective solution for small to mid-sized facilities and fixed tank environments that will benefit from a more flexible CIP system implementation."

"Our new Mobile CIP System is vital for small, niche food and beverage processors to correctly clean their tanks without shutting down production for an extended period of time," said Ms. Livia Wijono, President, Placer Process Systems. "Our ability to customize our Mobile CIP System will ensure that smaller food processors are equipped with the latest technology, configured for their needs, to stay in compliance with FDA sanitary regulations while achieving the cleaning consistency ideal for the highest quality of the end product."
The wine industry is the first industry Placer Process Systems in targeting with a system configured for their unique environment. Wineries have long been constrained by multiple fixed tanks to support their many varietals as well as staging their wines at different steps in the wine making process. A mobile CIP System provides the flexibility to bring Clean-in-Place to the tanks, wherever they are located, and to ensure regulatory compliance in the sanitation process.
