Pardee Homes Strikes Gold and Silver at Nationals Awards

With nearly 1,300 award entries, Pardee came out on top with a Gold Award for "Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced over $1 Million" and Silver Awards for "Sales Manager of the Year", "Best Single-Family Detached Model Home - 2,501 to 3,000 square feet" and "Detached Community of the Year - defined as a single neighborhood and collection of plans by one builder."

Every year, The Nationals Award Ceremony recognizes top performers in the building industry for their determination, integrity, creativity and endurance.

Recipients of the Silver Award advanced to compete in the Gold Awards. Top finalists were then presented at the National Association of Home Builder (NAHB) Awards Show on January 21st at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, where an expected 1,000 guests were in attendance.

The newly opened neighborhood took home a Silver Award for "Detached Community of the Year - defined as a single neighborhood and collection of plans by one builder" and a Gold Award for Vista Santa Fe's Plan Two for "Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced over $1 Million."

Sendero's Plan One earned a Silver Award for "Best Single-Family Detached Model Home - 2,501 to 3,000 square feet." The neighborhood includes 112 new modern home sites in three unique two-story floor plans ranging from 2,946 to 3,426 square feet. Sendero features spacious and open floor plans with up to five bedrooms and 4.5 baths, casual courtyards, covered patios and luxurious lofts for serene entertainment spaces.

In addition to the renowned Pacific Highlands Ranch neighborhoods that were recognized, Pardee Homes' April Gingras was presented with a Silver Award for "Sales Manager of the Year."
