A 30-year commercial real estate veteran with wide-ranging transaction expertise, Paulson will focus on representing third-party owners and investors in the acquisition and disposition of industrial, flex and office properties.

As Senior Vice President at Manekin Commercial Real Estate, he specialized in acquisitions and dispositions of office and warehouse properties.

His commercial real estate experience also includes ownership in Corridor/CRESA Baltimore, where he provided tenant representation services for local, regional and national clients.
