/24-7PressRelease/ - CHANDLER, AZ, April 25, 2008 -- During May 6th - 8th in Las Vegas, Tape-Seal, a uniquely formulated clear acrylic gel designed to seal the edge of painter's masking tape, will be showcased at the 2008 National Hardware Show. Created by Greystone Design, Inc., Tape-Seal fills the small voids at the tape's edge and creates a barrier that stops paint from bleeding under the tape -- leaving a clean, sharp paint line.
Invented by husband-wife duo, John and Tammy Richardson, Tape-Seal is a one of a kind product that solves a common problem for all do-it-yourselfers.
"One of the most frequent comments from homeowners was their frustration with painting their own home because of paint bleeding under the tape," states John Richardson, former contract painter and Tape-Seal co-inventor. "Together, Tammy and I realized we could fill a gap in the marketplace with a product that could make people's lives easier."
Tape-Seal also saves time for the busy DIYer and painting professionals with multiple clients.
"I use Tape-Seal on all of my jobs. Before I started using this product, fixing the paint lines with an artist brush was time consuming. I am so glad to have found something that makes life easier and pleases my clients," states Phil Ponce, owner of Phil Ponce Painting in Phoenix.
Tape-Seal will be exhibited in the New Product World section of the trade show and will be located in the paint and home decor section at booth number 33826.
"We are looking forward to selling to retailers who will carry Tape-Seal in their stores," says Tammy Richardson, realtor and Tape-Seal co-inventor. "We are excited about the opportunities that such a large trade show will bring our way."
Tape-Seal is sold in 8 ounce and 16 ounce jars online at www.PerfectPaintLines.com.
