It outlines findings of a two-year case study of CAPD360 implemented at a $2 billion health system on the East Coast of the U.S. The finances improved annually by 3 percent in the cases which received a HITEKS query, as well as showing usability improvements of 321% physician compliance to responding to queries while the patients were still in the hospital (pre-bill).
