ABA Technologies Acquires Rights from Quality Safety Edge, L.L.C

    PALM BAY, FL, February 03, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ABA Technologies, Inc. is delighted to announce a new initiative through Dr. Terry McSween, President of QSE, in the merging of his products into ABA Technologies' online product offerings.

This new offering provides ABA Technologies, Inc. the opportunity to enter new areas where behavior-based online learning is needed. Quality Safety Edge is a source of excellence around the world in increasing safe outcomes, developed over decades, to help clients implement behavior-based safety initiatives. Those offerings will continue to be used in partnership with ABA Technologies, Inc. Terry McSween founded Quality Safety Edge, L.L.C. (QSE), is a thought leader to the world of safety, ran a world-famous conference, Behavior Safety Now, for decades. His consulting firm became a leader in the field of behavior-based safety nearly 30 years ago.

ABA Technologies, Inc. has acquired the rights to use this rich source of materials to assist organizations in all stages of implementing behavior-based improvement efforts, including materials on each of the following:

(1) Planning a Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) process
(2) Teaching employees and leaders how to conduct and discuss BBS observations
(3) Teaching safety committees to manage the BBS process
(4) Teaching leaders their roles in supporting the safety improvements

Dr. McSween has come out of retirement to assist ABA Technologies, Inc. in bringing the next generation of these materials online. He will also assist in bringing these materials to the business community and expanding them beyond safety or other behavior based improvement efforts. The goal is to teach the concepts and support behavior analysts and business leaders interested in using highly effective training designs to improve performance in their organizations.
