ATLANTA, GA, April 01, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dugan's Restaurant & Bar, one of Atlanta's most popular sports bars, has signed a lease at Northlake, the former mall undergoing a major mixed-use transformation. The restaurant is targeting a fourth-quarter 2022 opening.
Occupying a 4,841-square-foot space near the entrance fronting Briarcliff Road, Dugan's Restaurant & Bar will offer its long-running favorites including Buffalo-style chicken wings, nachos, burgers, quesadillas and seafood in a more upscale sports bar environment.
Ackerman Retail's Suzanne Shank and Kelly Wilson represented Northlake owner ATR Corinth Partners in the lease. Bob Francisco at Francisco & Associates represented Dugan's Restaurant & Bar.

Located at 4800 Briarcliff Road about 14 miles from Downtown Atlanta, the Northlake redevelopment is repurposing the former enclosed mall into space for a mix of businesses, retailers and restaurants, including opportunities for chef-driven concepts, fast-casual restaurants, coffee shops, brew pubs and more. Suzanne Shank and Kelly Wilson are the exclusive leasing team for the project's retail and restaurant spaces. The redevelopment has attracted two large office users, Emory Healthcare and the CDC Credit Union.
